The California National Guard is issuing a Request for Quotes (RFQ) to qualified contractors to provide and install a comprehensive physical security solution for a new commercial facility in the San Diego area. This acquisition is a 100% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set-aside . Quoters shall provide pricing and technical quotes covering the following two distinct project components: Intrusion Detection System (IDS) (Full Lifecycle Services): The contractor shall furnish all equipment, installation, and configuration. Following installation, the contractor shall provide continuous 24/7 remote monitoring , monthly inspections, emergency repairs, and required reporting. Camera Surveillance & Keyless Entry Systems (Turnkey Procurement): The contractor shall furnish and install all required Trade Agreements Act (TAA)-compliant equipment, complete all system configurations, and provide a standard warranty . The Government will assume full administrative control and management of these two systems immediately upon successful installation. No ongoing monthly monitoring or maintenance is required for these systems. Key Action Dates & Deadlines: Site Visit Registration Due: August 12, 2026, no later than 4:00 PM PST.
